One way of securing discounted printer cartridges is through the original manufacturers prebate program. Prebate ink cartridges are those that especially selected by the manufacturer to be sold at a cheaper price than their normal ink cartridges. In return, the customer agrees to not refill the printer cartridge and return the empty cartridge to the manufacturer.
